The Great Pumpkin Walk at Memorial Park
It’s the Great Pumpkin Walk, Village of Kimberly!
Join us for our 3rd annual event celebrating all things fall in Memorial Park! Enjoy many fall pumpkin displays as you walk the 1/4 mile lighted and looped trail along Memorial Pond, surrounded by pumpkin displays! 2021’s event hosted around 142 pumpkins; let’s see if we can beat that number in 2022! Interested in submitting a pumpkin to display? The more the merrier! Use your best fall decorating skills and show off your Great Pumpkin in Memorial Park! Carve it, paint it, light it, glitter it, the sky is the limit! Participation is free. Pumpkin drop off begins at 4:00 p.m. the night of the event. PLEASE take your pumpkin at the end of the event to ensure it doesn’t end up in the pond or vandalized. We hope to circle the whole pond with pumpkins.

All pumpkin submission registrants will be given a location to place their pumpkin via email the day before the event. Spots will be numbered on the asphalt trail, participants will be asked to place their pumpkin on the grass by their assigned pumpkin number. The Village will release a map showcasing all the event participants to thank you for your art work!

Additional fun includes special guest performances in the gazebo from Monty’s Secret Theater – Kimberly’s Premier Magic Theater! Sweet treats from our friends at Mom and Pops Bakery in Kimberly as well as an interactive flashlight book walk with the Kimberly Public Library.
As always, this is a night to remember!
