Stress Relief Yoga
Date/Time: Tuesday, February 1st from 5:30 PM -6:30 PM. Arrive at 5:15 PM to fill out a waiver.
Location: Evergreen Room, Kimberly Civic Wing
Instructor: Susan Richard (in partnership with the Heart of the Valley YMCA)
What to Bring: A yoga mat, water
Description: As the days slowly get lighter, we invite you to foster your inner light by attending a stress-relieving yoga class on Tuesday, February 1st from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM. This practice is free and open to all levels of experience, but the class will be geared toward adults. No registration required.
