Herb Your Enthusiasm – Coriander

Herb Your Enthusiasm Cooking Club is a group for those who want to explore new recipes and learn to use herbs and spices in their cooking. Each month we will provide a sample of that month’s herb or spice, along with a history and recipes. Try one of the recipes or experiment with your own.

In August, we are cooking with coriander!

We will meet at 6 pm on August 24 at the Kimberly Library to share recipes, our experiences, and exchange ideas for other uses of the herb or spice.
