State Park Pass Program
Check Out a Wisconsin State Park with your Library Card
Wisconsin has 48 state parks! To help get you outside, the Kimberly Library is participating in the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resource’s (DNR) park pass program. The Check Out Wisconsin State Parks at Your Library program is a collaboration between the DNR and participating public libraries to allow you to check out a day pass to a Wisconsin State Park with your library card.
To participate, decide which day you intend to visit a Wisconsin State Park. Then, stop into the Kimberly Library after June 5th, and select a state park voucher from the shelf. At check out, a librarian will exchange the voucher for a state park pass. They will help you fill in the date of your adventure and let you know that the pass is good for a full day when displayed in your windshield. Participant vehicles do need a Wisconsin license plate, and to get as many families outside as possible, households are only able to check out one pass per season.
Limited quantity of passes available.
